We've rounded up the brightest minds in the industry to take all the guesswork out of developing an educational program for your patients. Our BE STRONG Presentation Kits are developed by an esteemed advisory board of trained Physical Therapists, and come fully loaded with presentations, notes and instruction guides, and promotional materials such as patient handouts, posters, sample emails, and social media posts to help you get the word out.
We are proud to offer these kits to our Healthcare Professional audience and hope you will use them to enhance your practice and spread the word about pelvic floor and urological health.

We encourage you to present more than one class! It is important for us to know this information not only because we want to help you promote your event, but also for us, and our sponsors, to know the impact we are creating in local communities. The more classes we are able to host and the more patients we can reach will result in more programs like these being developed in the future.

Our first and most popular presentation kit, this course provides patients with information on the anatomy of their pelvic floor, why it is important to keep it strong and healthy, common problems that can result due to a pelvic floor that is too weak, and how to strengthen it and the many muscles that support it. A must have for your practice.
STAY STRONG: CARING FOR YOUR PELVIC FLOOR THROUGH MENOPAUSE AND BEYOND
Our 2nd installment of the BE STRONG Program, STAY STRONG teaches patients how to maintain a healthy pelvic floor throughout life's many phases. We'll review the changes that women can expect to their body due to menopause, common problems that may affect their pelvic floor, and strategies to improve pelvic floor health.
BE STRONG: SEX & THE PELVIC FLOOR
This presentation kit will focus on common issues with sex, including how to manage pain, incontinence, and vaginal prolapse as they relate to sexual intercourse. It will provide real solutions to address these problems, as well as tips to make sex more comfortable and enjoyable for your patients.
BE Strong: Building Strength & A Healthy Prostate
Our first presentation designed specifically for men! This course reviews how to maintain a healthy prostate, symptoms and early warning signs of prostate trouble, the role of the pelvic floor as it relates to the prostate and bladder control, how to enhance pelvic floor muscle function, and how to incorporate these muscles into a daily routine.
The BE STRONG program has truly been a grassroots effort, made successful by you and your willingness not only to host a class but your enthusiasm in spreading the word about our efforts.
