Join us for a FREE Pelvic Floor Strengthening Class! This class will give you an overview of your pelvic floor anatomy, talk about potential problems you may face in regards to the pelvic floor, and review why it's important to keep the pelvic floor healthy strong.
The Pelvic Floor plays a vital role in reducing the risk of incontinence, decreasing prenatal and post-partum symptoms and improving core stability.
