Class will be led by: Susan McCormick, CYT. Susan recently completed a 12-week series as the instructor of a UCSF study on the effects of yoga on incontinence. She has been trained and certified by pelvic floor expert Leslie Howard to teach others how to use yoga to improve pelvic floor health.
In this workshop, she will give a brief overview of the pelvic floor muscles then introduce some basic movements, breathing and yoga postures that will, when practiced regularly, help address stress-type incontinence resulting from a weak pelvic floor.
