This workshop will be offered free of charge during National Bladder Health Awareness Month to facilitate a better understanding of simple, natural means to keep your bladder, pelvic floor, hips, and lower GI tract healthier and better functioning. If you suffer from any of the “I’s” of the bladder: incontinence, irritation, or infection—this workshop is a great opportunity to take a step toward healing! All are welcome, no pre-registration needed. Included in the workshop will be informational handouts, simple movement and lifestyle change suggestions, and time for an open question and answer session. Participants will also receive a special offer to come in for a personal Whole Body Alignment and Gait Analysis with Sandy and a list of other resources available in the area that offer pelvic floor education and services.
