Please join us for a free pelvic floor strengthening class!
Everyone is welcome, whether you are a birth professional, an expecting mom, a new mom, or a mom for years, this workshop is for anyone who has a pelvis (all of us) and wants to:
• Gain a better understanding of how the muscles of the pelvic floor work
• Learn how these muscles adapt to common habits in our modern lifestyles and how this contributes to common issues such as sneeze pee, pelvic pain, and even sexual satisfaction
• Practice several key exercises to restore the function of the pelvic floor muscles better than Kegels
• Walk away with a whole new appreciation for the pelvis and all the ways it relates to whole body health
Class will be led by: Marie Wittman, PhD, Fertility and Women's Health Specialist, Master Pilates Teacher, Certified Restoritive Exercise (TM) Specialist, Certified Mercier Therapy Practitioner
