Watch The Life Without Leaks Awareness Campaign Videos

NAFC believes everyone should be able to live a life without leaks. Unfortunately, many people suffer with incontinence in silence. NAFC’s campaign, “Life Without Leaks”, is meant to show people that there is a light at the end of the tunnel – that they don’t have to live with bladder leakage and can take their life back again simply by getting educated and seeking treatment.  Life is possible without leaks. Watch the campaign and get inspired to take action!

BE STRONG CLASs Listings: TAKE A CLASS & Learn About The Importance Of Your Pelvic Floor

Each year, NAFC and Physical Therapists across the country work together to bring you free educational classes on your pelvic floor. These classes teach you how to keep your pelvic floor strong and healthy, and how to address specific symptoms like incontinence, sexual dysfunction, menopausal symptoms, and prostate issues.
