What Inspires Us To Take Care Of Ourselves

Sarah Jenkins

Audrey Hepburn said, “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says I’m possible!” And Robert Schuller said, “Tough times never last, but tough people do.”

We don’t know if either of these two individuals struggled with incontinence, but we’re pretty sure the same wisdom applies to treating incontinence.

At the end of the day, incontinence is not a glamorous subject. Nor is it widely discussed among friends and family in the same way other diseases are broadcasted. But, that doesn’t mean you should live your life in the shadows. With over 18 Million women struggling with incontinence, it’s something worth talking about. We are here to inspire you to care for your health.

We’ve taken the embarrassment and shame out of the conversation on our Pinterest page and found inspiration in stories of courage, humility, and bravery. Click below to see more of our favorite stories and quotes on our Inspiration Board.
