LeCroy is a clinical coordinator at the Virginia Women's Continence Center in Richmond, VA. She has worked in urology since 1991 and began specializing in continence care and urodynamics in 1994. LeCroy received a Continence Care Champion Award in 2006 at the Society for Urologic Nurses and Associates (SUNA) annual conference in Kansas City, MO
