As a healthcare provider, there are two steps to become (or renew as) a professional member of NAFC:  

1) Submit payment.

2) Complete your "Find An Expert" profile.

Please click here to complete your profile online or you may download and send in a PDF version. We recommend that all renewing members update their listing annually. Note: NAFC's "Find An Expert" service allows patients to search by zip code for their local continence care specialist. If you do not wish to be a part of NAFC's "Find An Expert" service, you will be given the option to opt out after completing the questionnaire.

Doctors in relevant fellowship programs receive a complimentary one-year NAFC Membership: Send an email to memberservices@nafc.org with subject line: "Fellowship Program/NAFC Membership" to become a member today.
