The Uro Log is a bladder diary that allows individuals to record what they eat and drink, when they go to the bathroom, and when and how they leak urine. NAFC recommends taking the diary to a doctor’s appointment as well as using it to track (improvement of) symptoms during treatment. All leaflets are free of charge and cost only $1.00 to cover postage and shipping expenses.
