O’Connor, a consumer health education and marketing expert, joins the group of leading professionals who are committed to improving
the quality of life of individuals experiencing incontinence, voiding dysfunction, nocturnal enuresis, and related pelvic floor
disorders. Ms. O’Connor was promoted on a continuous basis during her 29 years as an employee with Fortune 100 global corporation
Kimberly-Clark (K-C). K-C is the manufacturer of an array of products well-known worldwide. Some of the most common K-C brands, such as

information in the “U.S. Guidelines on Adult Incontinence,” published by the Agency for Research and Quality. She also played
a key role in the establishment of the American Urogynecologic Society’s (AUGS) first organized philanthropic foundation for
medical education and research, known as the June Allyson Foundation. Ms. O’Connor is the first non-physician AUGS Foundation board
member as she is recognized for her knowledge of continence care and experience in consumer health education including direct involvement

Council. Mrs. Russell is a long-standing supporter of NAFC. She has played a key role in motivating women to faithfully perform a daily
routine of pelvic muscle exercises (PME) by underwriting a portion of development and production costs in the release of “PME
Instruction Kit for Women.” It consists of a user manual and video to help women prevent or overcome mild to moderate stress
urinary incontinence and manage symptoms of overactive bladder. A registered nurse with training in neurology, she is also the inventor
of the patented Wellness WandTM, a device used to strengthen the pelvic floor of women and thus restore continence. Mrs. Russell resides
with her husband in Columbia, South Carolina. She is active in a number of philanthropic endeavors and has a personal passion for yoga
and gardening.
