Submit payment.

Complete your "Find An Expert" profile.
Please click here to complete your profile online or you may download and send in a PDF version. We recommend that all renewing members update their listing annually. Note: NAFC's "Find An Expert" service allows patients to search by zip code for their local continence care specialist. If you do not wish to be a part of NAFC's "Find An Expert" service, you will be given the option to opt out after completing the questionnaire.
NAFC's new Referral Program. Refer your friends/colleagues to become members of NAFC. After five referrals you will recieve one year FREE membership. Your referrals MUST indicate your name and practice either on their membership form or on their online profile form.
Doctors in relevant fellowship programs receive a complimentary one-year NAFC Membership: Send an email to memberservices@nafc.org with subject line: "Fellowship Program/NAFC Membership" to inquire about the membership gift today.
