Topic: liners for cloth diapers

surgery a few years ago resulted in severe urgency with little time to react. i was instructed to use a bulk producing fiber supplement (i.e. metamucil ) to encourage regularity and while this has helped, it has also lead to large and unexpected b.m.'s shortly after waking. for the last 2 years i have experienced so many accidents that i was forced to use protection. a daily mad dash to the bathroom became a frustrating part of nearly every morning. extensive experimentation led me to pull-up cloth diapers and plastic pants. wetting occurs mostly as a convenience while soiling is virtually uncontrolable. my surgon and primary physician say it is an uncommon result but continue to stress the importance of effortless movements. they have diagnosed it as a form of "dumping syndrom". the movements are soft, well formed and large in volume.

while i find the comfort and security of cloth diapers to be my prefered choice, i find the clean-up unneccessarily difficult. i have been looking for a wider diaper liner to help. ones i've tried are a bit to narrow. anyone know of a supplier that sells a wide disposable liner?

Have you tried some local stores? They usually have a huge variety of liners.

Dumping syndrome? Is that what it's called? Never heard of it.
