Join us as we learn about the pelvic floor and how it changes as women experience menopause.  This class will discuss common problems that women can experience with their pelvic floor (such as leakage, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse), and focuses on a more holistic way to address, and even prevent, these problems. 

Class will be hosted by: Certified Pelvic floor therapist Danielle Knippenberg, MPT, GCS, PRPC, graduate of University of Scranton who specializes in treatment of women and men with incontinence and chronic pelvic pain.
