Class will be led by Sarah Louisignau E-RYT.  Sarah is a CAPPA trained Doula, a Thai Yoga Bodyworker, Prenatal, Postnatal & Woman’s Yoga specialist, Pelvic Floor Therapist, and has trained in Maya Abdominal Massage. Sarah was certified in Pelvic Floor Health and Empowerment by Leslie Howard, PF Goddess, in New York City, May 2012. Sarah teaches workshops for women in groups of any size about the Female Pelvis & Pelvic Floor. She teaches that, as women, we have the unique power of creativity in our pelvises. We bring life into being, and through our root build foundations for a healthy relationship to ourselves, our families and our communities. The female pelvis and hips are a pandora’s box for many women, sometimes with conflicting emotions like strength and vulnerability, creativity and criticism, pleasure and pain. This dynamic part of our anatomy is often stigmatized, objectified and culturally misunderstood. Many women have issues due to age, lifestyle, bearing children, pelvic trauma or hereditary tendencies.
