NAFC is a non-profit offering resources for people struggling with incontinence, adult bedwetting, OAB, SUI, nocturia, neurogenic bladder, and pelvic floor disorders like prolapse.

Please join us for a free pelvic floor educational program!  

Class will be led by:  Lauren Bryan, DPT and Tracy Woodson, DPT. Lauren and Tracy are both pelvic health physical therapists at Providence Gorge Spine and Sports Medicine. They specialize in issues related to urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, and pregnancy.  This class is appropriate for women and men of all ages, including women who are pregnant and post-partum.  We look forward to sharing our knowledge with you!
