Please join us for a free pelvic floor strengthening class!  The class is free, but you must call to register.  Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.  Light snacks will be provided.

Class will be led by:  

Elizabeth (Libby) Wehr, PT, DPT

Kelsey Hearn, PT, DPT, OCS. Kelsey graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2009 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Furman University in 2006. Kelsey is an avid runner and competitive marathoner with a background in sports, including collegiate cross-country and track for Furman University. She also practices Yoga and has a special interest in Yoga/Pilates-based rehab. Kelsey became board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities in 2013. As a physical therapist, Kelsey develops individualized and comprehensive rehabilitation programs for her patients to maximize functional outcomes while improving quality of life. She takes a holistic approach in identifying the source of the dysfunction and integrating manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practice to provide the most effective treatment methods. Kelsey currently resides in Jacksonville, FL with her husband and son.
