We bring life into being, and through our root build foundations for a healthy relationship to ourselves, our families and our communities. The female pelvis and hips are a pandora’s box for many women, sometimes with conflicting emotions like strength and vulnerability, creativity and criticism, pleasure and pain. This dynamic part of our anatomy is often stigmatized, objectified and culturally misunderstood. Many women have issues due to age, lifestyle, bearing children, pelvic trauma or hereditary tendencies.
