Like we said just a couple of weeks ago, we wanted to share more of the details related to our Be Strong efforts this month. So how are we promoting physical strength, strength in numbers, and strength of knowledge?

  • We’ve teamed up with instructors all across the country to host free pelvic floor strengthening classes this month in honor of Bladder Health Awareness Month and Be Strong.

  • Every Tuesday at 12pmET you can find us on Twitter hosting a #BHealth Twitter chat about pelvic floor health.

  • We’re sharing #BeStrongFacts all month long on Facebook and Twitter.   Retweet them to show your support.

  • You can enter for a chance to win prizes by signing up to join our newsletter or sharing your story with others.

  • We’re raising $25,000 to provide education and help to sufferers and incontinence.

We hope you’ll join our efforts this month. Click here to get started!
