How to use the diary:

  1. Download and print out 2 copies of the NAFC Bedwetting Diary.
  2. Record your night time activity for two weeks using the NAFC Bedwetting Diary.
  3. Make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your results, and be sure to bring your printed and completed diaries with you.  Your night time habits may help you to see trends that are contributing to your bedwetting and can help your doctor when formulating a treatment plan.
