NAFC is offering FREE Pelvic Floor and Menopause Classes throughout the month of November, 2016.  Find one near you today and learn how to build and maintain strength in your pelvic floor throughout all the phases of life.  STAY Strong!

Did you know that the pelvic floor plays a huge role in your overall health?  From maintaining a healthy bladder and bowels, to sexual function, the pelvic floor is called upon in nearly every move that you make.  Keeping a strong pelvic floor can keep your body functioning properly.  

This month, we're partnering with physical therapists all over the country to offer you FREE classes, which will show you how to build and maintain strength in your pelvic floor throughout all the many phases of life.  Our original "BE Strong" class, which focuses on general pelvic floor health, and our new "STAY Strong" class, which teaches you about keeping a healthy pelvic floor throughout menopause are being offered at the following locations across the country.  Don't see a class in your area? Keep checking!  We are continuing to add more classes every day!
